Testing your audio file on the web

TESTING YOUR AUDIO FILE FOR QUALITY ON THE WEB

I intend to set up streaming of all the audio files once they are all uploaded, but you may test your unstreamed file by visiting the web site folder where it was uploaded.

Use as an address the link I've sent you in the email, unique to each contestant. In my case (if I were a contestant), it would be:

http://www.webado.com/jlsc-christina-s

Paste your link in your browser's address bar and you will get the following window, where you put in your assigned folder userid and password:

Click OK and you will see an index of your folder on the web site, where you should find your 2 uploaded files:

Left-click on the wma file and you will once again have to provide the userid and password as above, after which the audio file should be played in Windows Media Player (if that's your default player).

REMEMBER THAT ONCE THE SUBMISSION PERIOD IS OVER I WILL REMOVE YOUR ACCESS TO THIS FOLDER AND THESE FILES, SO YOUR PASSWORDS WILL NO LONGER WORK.
I WILL SET UP SOMETHING FOR EVERYBODY TO LISTEN AND REVIEW.
