Comment ~ Critique – A very professional job. Solid toe tapper. Would make a good album track rather than
stand out single. The song builds itself up nicely, however, this is a bit predictable.

Comment ~ Comments - Nice guitar - voice out front - lyrics don’t make sense - hook emphasized but
meaning questionable.

Comment ~ well constructed slice of poprock perfection that reminds me alot of the calling, very nice 8/10

Comment ~ Judge (JimmyZ) Comments: Very good song, pleasant to listen to. Good voice and good music.
Really good structure and dynamics. What can I say, I liked it the best of the ones I judged.

Comment ~ Good song, recorded well with clear, up front vocals. The overall melody and chord structure
was good, however, was too reminisced of "Glycerine", by Bush? The title was stated, several
times throughout the song and easily identified. The lyrics were cohesive complimenting the
melody.

Comment ~ Excellent production. Maybe the best of the bunch. Smooth. that's the one word that describes
this song. I like the cadence of the lyric. Nearly a radio ready song. Catchy tune, though the
lyrics are a bit obscure.

Comment ~ Great lead vocals here. Clean and unique. Sometimes I find the words a little wanting, but
over all this song touched me. Good length too.

Comment ~ Great verses and vocals! I loved it

Comment ~ Nice production & all, however it kinda sounds like what a hundred reasonably good songs would
sound like if you could somehow take ‘average’ them all out and roll them into one. The good
news is that shows a high level of all-round proficiency at doing what you do. And that sort of
instant familiarity is good for pop, but moreover I found myself hoping for it to do something a
little different somewhere to make it a special/unique – either chord-wise or lyric-wise or
arrangement-wise or something-wise, in order to set it apart but it didn’t happen. The result is
it’s kind of bland and predictable, while still nice on the ears.

Comment ~ Critique: Well this was no mystery. I've professed a liking for Alex's music on the forum in the
past and critiqued this song previously. I think he is a very good performer and I enjoy listening
to this tune. His voice conveys a certain "real-ness"/honesty that I enjoy in acoustic rock. The
only negatives I can possibly say are that I keep waiting to hear the instruments take off on
this one, or bring it into the next dimesion. Get into a pro studio, and it's probably going to
happen.
