Comment ~ Nice rhythm and good instrumentation vocal up front - hook emphasized both
lyrically and musically - reminiscent of Roy Orbison’s "Dream Baby" - Nicely done

Comment ~ Comments: Very nice easy listening tune, a touch of George Harrison slide
guitar (nice). Pattern and melody predictable in a good way (as a listener, I was anticipating
this). Hearing the song once, it stuck in my head - a good thing.

Comment ~ Suh-weeet sound, M.J.! Coulda been an Eagles tune. Good production and musicianship. Clever
hook.

Comment ~ Being from Texas, we are swamped with country 2-step music. I would like to hear more
dynamics on this song to catch my interest. It is too predictable.
It did remind me of the "Eagles" harmonies. Clean Production. It just needs to hook me and it
didn't.

Comment ~ Yes, nice! Easy listening, structure-wise it adheres enough to ‘formula’ to sound comfortable
and familiar, yet deviates enough to have its own original interest and charm. I’d add another
layer or two of vocal harmony (higher) to your ‘ooh’ bits to really highlight the different sound in
that passage & make it a bit more dramatic. Oh - and (this isn’t related to the writing or the
score I gave you) in your mixing down I’d suggest trying little less drums, a little more lead
vocal.

Comment ~ Critique: This is definitely the type of music I grew up on. The arrangement is like a Wilbury's
album (Jeff Lyne production); guitar a la Mike Cambell and the voice is a blend of Don
Henly/Rick okasik/Roy Orbison. I enjoyed the tune very much, but the background vocals have
to be developed to make this tune truly great. Hire Sheryl Crow, no matter how much she is
asking

Comment ~ Critique: Great instrumentals, recording. Nice Country-flavour cha-cha, reminiscent of Roy
Orbison. I find the voice a little under-recorded

Comment ~ I only heard half of this before I left for work.
Just to be fair, I need to go back and listen to this one all the way through.

Comment ~ Pure Roy Orbison influence is what I hear – I dig it. The pitch of the slide guitar could be a little
tighter. Playing slide is something I’m not even capable of so I won’t be too severe on the
subject. Few pitch problems with the vocals on a few parts but overall not bad
