Really, really good song. I've heard Iggy's style on a lot of stuff, but this was a new turn and probably the best because it was so personal. I think you could sell this to a number of artists; on the other hand I don't think you probably would; I don't think I'd sell a song I wrote for my wife, especially if it were as good as this. |

Heard this one before, but great to hear it again. This is a very "real" recording, a great demonstration of Nancy's style, maybe brought out with christina's lyrics. Kind of funny how a musician kind of goes to a different place with lyrics not their own; They get to focus more on music and performance then, I think; kind of like the Elton John/Bernie Taupin effect. Either way, it worked very well for you ladies. You should collaborate again. |

Brian's style is so smooth; near pro quality. The best description I can come up with is Geoge Harrison doing a grunge number (and pulling it off). The guitar is impeccable and the production is tops. I didn't connect lyrically with this tune as well as a couple others; otherwise this would have been top on my list. I have been to your site, however, and despite the "9" here, I must say that I like your other two songs much more.... hopefully you take this as a compliment. |

Lovely guitar. The vocal is a little submerged and hard to follow, but the instrumental performance is the most solid I've heard thus far. |

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Well, I'm not being an ass and rating myself, but thought I'd use this space to say good job to everyone. There are some tunes out there that were more professional sounding/produced than some I rated higher (which is normally not my norm), but having been in this little community for as long as I have, I found myself quite amazed by the change in style of artists that I have heard and known for a long time. I awarded this new demonstration of talent with high scores, which under the circumstances, I feel is very well deserved. This has been an enjoyable experience on all fronts, one because all the songs were fun to listen to, and second the theme is a very good one. Without love, there's not really much else worth singing about in this world, eh? Happy Valentine's everybody, Todd |

Great singer songwriter stuff. There's a lot of unexpected changes in this one (which is great). Voice is really great, too. While I found myself amazed at the craftsmanship, I didn't connect emotionally with this one... weird, huh? I think I will check out more of your stuff when I get a free minute, though. |

From the outset, I loved the instrumental groove; don't know Danish, but the song has an intimate feel. Really great atmosphere and very talented keyboard work. |

Amazing voice and overall ambiance. There's a timing thing going on her though that keeps it from being at the top of my list; could be the lack of percussion, but the mandolin-esque part drags against the main guitar and vocal. That instrument DOES need to stay, I'd just do another take to solidify the track - the small things can distract the listener. Make no mistake though, this one is a winner. Wouldn't write so much about it if I wasn't so interested in its development. Bravo. |

Love that guitar intro; takes me back somewhere. Lyrics are very gritty, and the production is good, too. Actually like the harmonica, so you shouldn't diss it too much. Needs something to take it to that next level, though... perhaps a vocal harmony in the chorus or something; I dunno. Great listen, though. |

Classic. What can I say? I would buy this... it's that good. I'm always a sucker for female pianist/vocalists though (Sarah, Tori, Norah). This is in that league. I'd like to hear more of your stuff, when I get the time. Put you on my favorites list at AP. BravissimO! |

Great drums, obviously live; Can hear the feel you are going for, little bluesy, little whimsical. Overall structure is good, but the chorus line "words that I reherse for you" seems out of place somehow. The build to it is excellent, though. Keep at it. This is the bones to something that could be great. |
